1. Introduction

Welcome to Pawsitive Response. By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, or registering for courses, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Registration

• All courses offered by Pawsitive Response are certified through Canine Health Canada and taught by a certified instructor.
• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• Refunds: Available for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of the course date.
• Rescheduling: Allowed up to 7 days before the course date. Requests made within 7 days cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Merchandise & Gear

• Merchandise and canine first aid kits sold through Pawsitive Response are independently sourced and not endorsed by Canine Health Canada.
• All product descriptions and images are provided for reference; slight variations may occur.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Payment & Security

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Pawsitive Response and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

• Pawsitive Response is not liable for injuries or incidents occurring outside of our training sessions.
• Our courses provide education and guidance but do not replace professional veterinary care.
